Prepayment Policy for Custom Orders

We would like to inform you that all orders involving name engraving on a product require prepayment. Please note that this step is essential, and we will not proceed your order until payment has been received.

When you place an order for a custom product, we will provide you with payment details. Once the payment is received, we will start the manufacturing process. We assure you that each product is crafted with great care to reflect your uniqueness and individuality.

Please be aware that custom products are not eligible for exchange or return due to their unique, personalized nature.

نود إعلامكم بأن جميع الطلبات التي تتضمن حفر اسم على المنتج تتطلب الدفع المسبق. يرجى ملاحظة أن هذا الإجراء ضروري و لا نقوم بالمباشرة بانتاج طلبكم الا بعد عملية الدفع.

عند تقديم طلب لمنتج مخصص، سنقوم بتزويدكم بتفاصيل الدفع. بعد استلام الدفعة، سنبدأ في عملية التصنيع. نضمن لكم أن كل منتج يُصنع بعناية فائقة ليعكس تميزكم وتفردكم.
